A Health & Safety professional seeking a new challenging role, a hard working and focused individual who enjoys finding better solutions and systems of working. Bianca has a real passion for Health and Safety and would like to develop her career further. Bianca used to report to the group H&S Manager, however she was promoted and has since been in the role alone.
In her most recent role, she successfully assisted with the implementation of a HSMS in a rapidly expanding company, consisting of 3 separate entities with different business needs.
She feels now is the time to step forward into a role where she can develop and showcase her skills.
In relation to her experience in previous roles, she previously ran two hospitals, she acted as the health and safety representative, carrying out monthly inspections.
