It provides a thorough evaluation of your recruitment process, identifying inefficiencies, legal gaps, and areas where you could improve. It’s especially useful for businesses looking to future-proof their hiring strategy and ensure they’re in line with the latest employment law updates.

  • 3. How Do You Assess If We Are Legally Compliant?

During the audit, we review your recruitment processes to ensure they align with the latest employment laws and regulations. This includes examining your job advertisements, interview procedures, and hiring documentation to confirm they meet compliance standards such as anti-discrimination laws, data protection regulations, and any recent changes in employment law. If any gaps or risks are identified, we’ll provide clear recommendations to bring your practices up to date.

  • 4. How do you determine why employees leave?
