Our client, a prominent leader in the manufacturing and design sector, is looking for a dedicated Internal and External Sales Executive to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional with strong customer service skills and a passion for building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers, meeting all deadlines.
  • Ensure correct product selection tailored to customer requirements and specifications.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Liaise with customers, area sales managers, and the management team to facilitate smooth communication across all levels.
  • Maintain a focus on achieving profitable sales while meeting business objectives.
  • Provide valuable feedback on market trends and customer insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Maximise the use of CRM, accounting, and sizing software to manage customer information and streamline sales processes.
  • Ensure all products purchased meet mandatory requirements and company standards.
  • Identify training opportunities for personal development and career progression.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Knowledgeable in product selection and sales processes, ensuring optimal solutions for clients.
