Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble high-quality products with precision and accuracy
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety standards
• Interpret drawings and assembly instructions effectively
• Work with a variety of materials, including wood, MDF, plywood, metal, and textiles
• Use hand-held tools and woodworking machinery, such as saws, drills, routers, and planers
• Laminate products to the highest standards

What are we looking for:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Flexibility and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Experience in wood manufacturing or joinery is highly advantageous
• Level 2 or above qualification in bench joinery or a related field
• CNC operating experience is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
