Customer Service Administrator

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Our client is an independent supplier of specialist materials and have been in the industry for over 40 years. They are a small and close knit team and are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support their customers, ensuring the highest quality of service.
Responsibilies:
- First point of contact for all customers advising on products, answering any enquries and resolving any queries
- Inputting and processing orders
- Preparing and generating sales invoices
- Updating customers in line with deliveries and ensuring any amendments or changes are recorded and updated
- Assisting across departments when the need arises
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in a Customer service Administration role with a strong focus on service levels provided
- Excellent communication skills via phone, email and face to face
- Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise workload
- Willing to support other team members when required and work in a small team
