Key Responsibilities:
  • Request proofs and produce finance contracts for customers.
  • Guide customers through the document process with clarity and care.
  • Resolve customer challenges and handle in-life queries.
  • Use multiple systems to ensure seamless support.
  • Answer calls and manage customer and supplier interactions, including challenging conversations.
A little bit about you:
  • Strong attention to detail and IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, database management, CRMs).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • A personable and confident approach to phone-based and face-to-face customer interactions.
  • A valid driving license is essential.
