9.00am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday

Our client, based in Newcastle under Lyme is a successful distributor; they are currently looking to recruit a “Sales Administrator”.

You will be working within a close team and be able to demonstrate a keen eye for attention to details as you will be responsible for processing orders.

As a “Sales Administrator” responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with orders that come into the business
  • Processing all orders on to the system
  • Speadsheet work
  • Taking payments from customers
  • Dealing with all administration that goes alongside the orders
  • Deal with general enquires related to the orders

Desired skills and knowledge:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Administration experience
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office especially Excel (need to be a competent user)
  • High level of attention to details
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 would be beneficial but isn’t essential
