Our client based in Newcastle under Lyme are a successful recruitment company who are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant on a permanent basis. Working on a warm perm desk you will be a 360 recruiter. This will be a remote working role but you will need to be able to commute to the office in Newcastle under Lyme once a week.
As a Recruitment Consultant, the key duties will include:
- Qualifying of job specifications by liaising with clients and recruiting managers
- Searching online job boards and data bases to identify suitable candidates.
- Working closely with candidates to prepare excellent quality CV’s and submissions.
- Liaising with clients following CV’s submissions to gain feedback.
- Arranging interviews with candidates and passing on client advice to candidates.
- Providing post interview feedback to candidates.
- Making offers to candidates and helping them through the onboarding process.
- Ongoing contractor care and networking.
- Extension management.
- Building long term relationships with clients and candidates.
- Account management and client visits.
- Maximising customer accounts and developing relationships with new customers
- Have worked in a recruitment role, either a 360 or 180 role
- Able to work to targets
- Excellent communication skills
- Relationship building skills
