Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Stoke on Trent

Salary: £18,000 p/a

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00pm – 5.30pm

Our client based in Stoke on Trent are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to join their growing HR team. They can offer you the opportunity to develop and progress within HR.

Key responsibilities as a HR Administrator:

  • Prepare offer letters for all new starts and produce contracts
  • Ensure the HR system is updated and is correct with all employee information
  • Manage the HR inbox and deal with all queries
  • Work closely with payroll to ensure all wages are processed correctly
  • Produce any HR related documentation for employees
  • Maintain all records

Desired skills as a HR Administrator:

  • Have worked in a HR role or have a real interest in getting into a HR role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • IT literate
  • Organised
