A leading company within its industry is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, experienced individual that can grow the current customer base and build relationships with existing clients.
The role is suited to a persistent, tenacious, self-driven individual with an outgoing personality, who has a track record in developing new relationships. Skills in influencing and negotiating are essential, with the ability to engage customers through the presentation of the company’s financial propositions.
Duties to Include:
- Acquiring new business through outbound calling.
- Acting as the first point of contact for new/existing customers through outbound calling
- Having a full understanding of the companies proposition & products to be able to secure business opportunities
- Influencing and negotiating with clients to gain commitment.
- Supporting the team and acting as a central contact for queries.
- Contacting existing customers and update information held on the company database
- Confidence in their own ability to communicate professionally and consistently.
- Customer orientated mind-set, building customer relationships to retain, develop and grow the business.
- Ability to work in a team of sales advisors
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Influencing and negotiating
- Excellent Rapport building skill
Monday to Friday 9-5pm or 10-6pm with the occasional Saturday during busy periods.
Drive and self motivation are key for this role as your success will depend on your relationship building and want to connect with new customers and clients.
