£8 - £9 per hour


Location: Holmes Chapel, Cheshire

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Hourly Rate: £9ph

This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced Client Services Team in a busy, varied role. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate pricing of estimates via the internal system
  • Actioning vehicle estimates to ensure a smooth operational process
  • Monitoring vendor quotes and ensuring precise data entry
  • Liaising with partners and internal teams to establish best routes of repair
  • Processing the up and downgrade of vehicles in accordance with customer requirements
  • Monitoring vehicles within the repair environment and ensuring all vehicles are processed quickly and to required standards
  • Providing administrative support for operations as required

  • A positive and amenable character in challenging situations
  • The ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and email
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook along with other systems
  • Knowledge of Navision would be beneficial
