Job title: Customer Service Advisor – Live Chat

Are you looking for a new and exciting role?

Our client, an up and coming service business are rapidly expanding due to continued success and growth. Working within the live chat team you will be responding to customers regarding claims and initial enquiries.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with customers via live chat and email
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Using preloaded templates to reply to customers
  • Keeping customer account up to date with claim progress
  • Typing correspondence in a professional and accurate way

Hours:

8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday

10.30am – 7.00pm Monday to Friday

1 in 4 Saturdays working 9am – 2pm

These shifts will be worked on a weekly rotational basis.
